What are the rates and prices for Snout Safari services?

30 Minutes: $40
45 Minutes: $45
1 Hour: $50
+ $5 per additional pet
Sittings
(Includes an adventure during the stay):
2 Hours: $60
Every Additional Hour: +$5

How much notice is required for pet sitting bookings, especially during peak season?
For peak periods and weekends, it is best to book as early as possible to secure your pet's spot. For regular bookings, at least a few days' notice is ideal, though last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full service fee.
This policy helps ensure fair scheduling for all clients, especially during peak periods.
What is the step-by-step process to book a service?

Meet & Greet: We'll arrange a meeting to meet you and your pet and understand your specific needs.
Booking Acceptance: Both parties agree to the terms of service

How do you handle pet emergencies while in your care?
Snout Safari follows a detailed protocol in case of emergencies, prioritising immediate and skilled action. Our team has attended Dog First Aid Australia course, ensuring we are prepared to administer immediate care if needed. Our full protocol includes:

Is Snout Safari insured?
Absolutely. Snout Safari holds comprehensive Public Liability Insurance.This provides peace of mind that we are protected, allowing us to focus on providing the highest quality care for your pet.
What is your emergency protocol regarding vet visits and costs?
In the event of an emergency, we follow our emergency protocol. Please note: While we handle transport and immediate care, all costs associated with veterinary services are the responsibility of the pet owner.
